So thought provoking…it gave words to what’s been blocking me and holding me back from just writing. I feel like crying but at the same time, I also feel inspired and rebellious to just write, as it’s always been the work I should have done first. Much thanks to you for writing and sharing it 🙌🏻

I'm with you!

You ask: what is this work for you? It has taken me many years to work this out, to have the confidence to do it, to share it, to be bold, honest and at times raw. It is writing to rediscover my True Self and hopefully inspire others to do the same. It is a combination of expression, story, experience and creativity. It makes me feel more alive than I have in years. It has it's own momentum. I am motivated, enthusiastic and sometimes excited.

There is no doubt any more. I KNOW that I and others need this so much. Feeling all the feels. Feeling the life force energy that wants to come through, allowing it and expressing in in our own unique ways! Thus healing ourselves, allowing our great agency to heal the world too.

Dear Karen, thank you for sharing yourself! This is really beautiful to hear that writing is something that moves and continues liberating your spirit. So beautiful and raw is this life force energy that sometimes sweeps us like a great river stream, unnoticed. Healing our great agency. Thank you.

I think J Krishnamurti's words here might be relevant “It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.”
